About Green Valley Country Club
In 1926, GVCC was founded by Pomeroy Department Store employees. They purchased nearly 100 acres of lush rolling hills in Lower Heidelberg Township, PA. Today, GVCC is the finest private swimming and dining club in Berks County, PA.

Richard Patterson is the General Manager at Green Valley Country Club and also an Executive Chef. With years of experience at Bahama Breeze and Red Lobster restaurants, as well as with his own catering business, Richard brings the perfect combination of expertise to GVCC. Brittney Eiceman is the Head Chef at Green Valley Country Club and brings a wealth of experience to the kitchen. A graduate of the Restaurant School, Brittney also completed internships at the Ritz Carlton and the Hilton in Philadelphia. In addition to her culinary experience, she brings a passion to create interesting flavors and overall great food.
